Applications for first year (Class XI) admission in Sindh government colleges are still open on the official SECCAP portal for the 2026-27 session, but the window is nearly closed. The last date to apply has been extended to 3 November 2026, from 31 October 2026.

By 1 November 2026 the portal showed 239,131 applications for 2026-27, 200,078 students admitted and 364 participating colleges.

How to Apply for SECCAP Class 11 Admissions
- Open the official SECCAP portal at seccap.dgcs.gos.pk and open the application form.
- Fill one form, pick a faculty and add exactly five colleges in your order of preference.
- Enter your CNIC or B-Form number, Matric enrolment number and mobile number, and upload your marksheet scan.
- Submit the form before 3 November 2026. You do not need to register or verify an OTP first; your account is created when you submit the form.
- Save your password as soon as you submit it. It appears only once, so take a screenshot immediately.
- Check your application status on the portal’s Track Application page using your CNIC and the 12-character tracking number shown after submission.
- When a college is allotted, download your admission form from the portal and report to the college quickly with the documents listed on it. An allotment is not a confirmed admission until the college verifies your original documents.
Conclusion
SECCAP’s extended deadline of 3 November 2026 is the last call for Sindh students who still need a government college seat for Class XI. The form is free, takes one faculty and exactly five college choices, and seats are allotted choice by choice, so students who have not applied yet should complete the form today rather than waiting for a later round that may never open.
